By using Literate, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

We provide an AI literacy training platform and associated certificates and evidence packs. The training material does not constitute legal advice; use it alongside, not instead of, your firm's legal and compliance advisors.

2. Subscription

Annual subscriptions for corporate tiers. One-off or annual for individuals. VAT applied at checkout.

3. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months. We do not warrant fitness for any specific regulatory outcome; you remain responsible for your own compliance.

4. Cancellation and refund

Cancel any time. 14-day no-questions refund for new subscriptions. After 14 days, pro-rata at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use

No sharing of accounts, no automated scraping, no resale.

6. Governing law

England and Wales.
